Privacy Policy — Circuit Path

Circuit Path ("the App") is developed by Angelo Elmúdesi Franco.

DATA WE DO NOT COLLECT
The App does not collect, store, or transmit any personal information you 
provide. All puzzle progress, streaks, and best times are stored locally 
on your device using Apple's standard UserDefaults and are never sent to 
any server.

ADVERTISING (Google AdMob)
The App displays banner advertisements provided by Google AdMob. Google 
may collect certain device information to serve relevant ads, including:
  • Device identifiers (IDFA/IDFV)
  • IP address and approximate location
  • Device type, OS version, and app usage data

This data is collected by Google, not by us. You can review Google's 
privacy policy at: https://policies.google.com/privacy

On iOS 14.5 and later, the App will request permission to track your 
device using Apple's App Tracking Transparency (ATT) framework before 
any advertising identifier is accessed.

You can opt out of personalized advertising at any time in:
  Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking

CHILDREN
The App is not directed at children under 13 years of age and does not 
knowingly collect data from children.

CHANGES
We may update this policy occasionally. Continued use of the App after 
changes constitutes acceptance of the new policy.
